La Capanna

The “capanna”, a beautifully restored little house, is located in a finest position in the wood shade. A wide space in front of the house is provided to enjoy a wonderful view.
The entrance leads into a wide living-room with a fireplace and a small two-bedded room. There is also a modern kitchen provided with fridge, oven and washing-machine. The kitchen has been designed into a small cave, which includes also a bathroom with shower. From the living-room, short stairs lead to the bedroom and to a sort of art gallery, where the owner who is a painter permanently exhibits his works of art. The bedroom has a wonderful typical Tuscan floor and opens into a terrace in the wood shade.
The house is furnished with gas and independent heating.
